3.3. Centralized Exchange

The most familiar and widely used form of staking, centralized exchanges provide a safe and convenient way to earn your passive income. However, not only is this not as profitable as other methods, you are utilizing a centralized custodial service in which the keys to your wallet are not in your possession. Again, like the others mentioned previously, your liquidity is also locked within the platform and cannot be withdrawn until the lock up period ends.
